My room at Parador Monte Carmelo was clean and quiet, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The property is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and markets, making it easy to explore the area.

The wifi in my room wasn't very reliable, but I wasn't too bothered since I didn't spend much time on my phone. Additionally, there were some noises at night, like church bells and dogs barking, but I brought earplugs and it didn't disturb my sleep much.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and all the local shops, restaurants and markets. the property was very clean and safe with friendly front staff. We appreciated having access to coffee service and plenty of towels in our room.

We had a few issues during our stay. Our room had no windows which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

The city center was within walking distance from the hotel, making it easy to explore. the complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the view from the roof terrace, which provided a great opportunity for some amazing photos.

The room itself left much to be desired. The bathroom felt old and musty, with mold on the taps and a damp feeling throughout.

We had a fantastic stay in a central location, close to everything we wanted to see. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the internal courtyard was perfect. The staff was always willing to help and were lovely. Sitting on the terrace was great with a good view of the city. The Wi-Fi was not effective inside, which was not ideal, but it wasn't a big deal for us as we spent most of our time outside.

We also appreciated the small fridge in the room. The highlight of this place was definitely the beautiful rooftop terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning view at any time of the day. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
